Read the shipping information of Brillcam carefully to know how your order is dispatched, how to track your shipment, and what the ownership, terms and risks are.

Where We Ship and Estimated Delivery Time

Orders placed on Brillcam official website can be shipped to the following countries and regions from Hong Kong or Mainland China.

North America:

the United States, Canada: 5-8 Business Days

Mexico: 15-20 Business Days

Europe:

Germany, Italy, Spain, France, the United Kingdom: 5-8 Business Days

Poland, Hungary, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, the Netherlands, Finland, Portugal, Sweden, Czech, Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Lithuania, Latvia, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Croatia, Malta, Austria, Ireland: 8-10 Business Days

Norway, Switzerland, Cyprus, Serbia: 7-12 Business Days

Russia: 12-20 Business Days

Asia Pacific:

Australia, Taiwan, HongKong: 2-5 Business Days

New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines: 7-12 Business Days

the Middle East:

Note: Orders to remote areas would take a little longer to be delivered. Please note that the delivery time depends on the address specified for the order.

Any delivery date given by us is our best estimate only, and Brillcam cannot be held liable for any loss or damage suffered by you due to any reasonable or unavoidable delay in the delivery of your order.

Shipping Fees:

On orders to most of the countries and regions listed above, it’s FREE SHIPPING. EXCEPT those shipped to Hawaii in the United States, and shipped to the remote areas (as listed below).

The total sum listed in checkout is only the money you need to pay for the product(s).

We do NOT be held responsible for any duties, taxes (including VAT) and brokerage fees (if need be). These charges are recipient’s responsibility.

  • And for orders shipped to EU countries and the United Kingdom (EXCEPT the country Cyprus and several remote areas as list below), we are responsible for customs duties.

  • Germany: Busingen (ZIP Code:78266)
  • the United Kingdom: St Helena, Pitcairn Islands, Montserrat, Gibraltar, Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands, British Indian Ocean Territory, Bermuda, Anguilla
  • France: areas with ZIP Code range 97000-99999
  • Italy: Vatican City, San Marino, Livigno, Campione D'Italia
  • Denmark: Greenland, the Faroe Islands
  • Spain: areas with ZIP Code range: 07000-07999, 35000-35999, 38000-38999, 51000-51999, 52000-52999
  • Finland: Åland Eilanden (ZIP Code range: 2200-2299)
  • Portugal: Madeira, Azores, areas with ZIP Code range: 9500-9900, 9000-9499
  • Greece: Mont Athos

For orders shipped to these remote areas listed before, you, the buyer, may have to pay customs duties.

Your order can be tracked after email confirmation has been sent to you. Tracking website and tracking No. will be included in the email.

  • Ownership, Terms and Risk

All orders will be dispatched within two business days.

Please ensure your address details are correct as once the parcel is on its way we cannot re-direct it. All orders will only be dispatched to the address given at the checkout. It is your responsibility to check and verify. Should any loss be incurred due to the input of an incorrect address or a fraudulent transaction, you will be held responsible as the sole bearer of the pecuniary loss.

Note: Please do not enter any PO Box address, which your package can’t be dispatched to by any express.

Normally the orders that have been shipped out (you have received the tracking number or your order status is completed) cannot be cancelled. If you have to refuse delivery after the package is dispatched from Brillcam due to force majeure, you are subject to the Warranty & Return Policy and must pay for the original shipping charges, which will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that you will be required to sign for your package upon delivery. If you are not at home at the time of delivery and do not receive your package, we will send you an email to notify you of it. You can contact the delivery company to arrange another delivery.

If you do not contact the delivery company within 5 days after the delivery attempt, they may return the goods to us. A return charge may be assigned to us which may be twice of the delivery cost. If in the case of this happening, we reserve right to ask you to pay the returning charge plus an additional cost for redelivery before we are able to re-dispatch the item to you.

When the goods are delivered you are responsible for checking that the order is complete and un-damaged. You should check the goods carefully for any visible damage and the contents if possible before you accept the delivery. Should there be any damage to the goods at the point of delivery, you have right to refuse the goods and let the delivery person know the reason(s) of refusal. Alternatively you may sign for the goods as ‘UNCHECKED’ at the time of accepting delivery, you meanwhile accept that the order is completed.

If the product(s) you have ordered are not available at the time of placing your order for any reason, you will be contacted by email or telephone within the same or next working day. We will advise you of the estimated delivery time and if this is not satisfactory you will have the right to cancel your order without any obligations and a full refund will be issued.

Following a successful transaction you will be notified when your order has been dispatched and provided with a tracking number, if you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours of completing your purchase, we ask that you first check your email “Junk/Spam” folder and then contact us.
